Partners Jackie Innes and Al MacIntyre are former federal government employees with more than 50 years combined experience in pension legislation and client counseling. They have substantial experience in coordinating, delivering and presenting retirement related courses.  Both have been guest speakers at numerous seminars dealing with retirement.

Mrs. Innes has vast experience in the coordination and implementation of public relations and public education activities, as well as the coordination and delivery of seminars.

Mr. MacIntyre has written and developed Union/Management training programs, has coordinated numerous training sessions and has acted as facilitator for a large number of conventions, board and committee meetings.

Both partners have experienced the transition to retirement. They offer both the male/female perspective and give participants a realistic view of the challenges and rewards they may encounter.
